Instructions

  1. Pat Salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt. Mix White miso paste, Soy sauce, Mirin and Sesame oil into a smooth glaze.

  2. Heat skillet with neutral oil. Place Salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook 4 minutes until skin is crisp.
