Instructions

  1. Char Yellow onion and Ginger over open flame or under broiler until blackened in spots.

  2. Add Bone-in chicken thighs, charred aromatics, star anise, cinnamon, and 3 liters water to pot. Bring to boil then simmer gently.

  3. Cook Rice noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Drain and rinse.
